I have even escalated to Appellate but that is also of no use. If this is how it is going to be it’s better if you remove this connection altogether and I will get a broadband from a different service provider. @airtelindia @Airtel_Presence

@airtelindia @Airtel_Presence Its been 9 days that I have raised a Broadband related issue, and I am following up on it regularly but every time I am getting same response from your side ‘We will share an update shortly’. I have never seen a more pathetic service than this!

@airtelindia My airtel number was closed without any notice, got airtel store they are offering my previous number on postpaid not on prepaid. Using the number for the past 16 years and suddenly shuted down without informing. Very dissappointed @airtelindia
