Pathetic service from @airtelindia broadband services. Every week internet outage for more than 7-8 hours. Customer representative is careless and doing nothing except extending ETAs. Entire apartment is suffering due to this.

Just ported from @reliancejio to @airtelindia today. Been with Jio since 2017, but recent network coverage issues pushed me to switch. Big thanks to Airtel for improving their coverage in our area

@airtelindia I am finding this when my 100% 5G data consumed, airtel directly disconnects my Internet, also I haven't recharge my airtel fiber, when I have done recharge ₹19,that time my service continues by airtel, I request @TRAI look in this matter,I will port my sim into Jio

@airtelindia No internet connection since last 24 hours, it's airtel extreme fiber. Area is PCMC Pune. Your executive doesn't picks call, doesn't calls as well as per track. No sms for downtime as well. What to do in such situation?
