@airtelindia @Airtel_Presence I think I made a huge HUGE mistake by becoming your customer. Almost every other week I have to reach out to you. Private repairers promise that they'll do a better job than you. Say your team is unreachable and you charge for everything. Pathetic.

@airtelindia unilateral upward revisions to Black Plan Charges by AIRTEL. 121 Call center informs old plans no longer valid… new plan applies take it or leave it.. so leave it it’s going to be… will start dispensing with their services. black plan is marketing gimmick

@airtelindia hello All Never available Airtel broadband as their technical team confirmed that they stop attending internet disruption issues from 8 pm till 930 am. My internet stopped working from 4 pm and it's still not fixed . They are asking me to wait till tomorrow evening

Planning to quit using @airtelindia and move to @reliancejio The reason is, Airtel claims to provide unlimited 5G internet with 5g devices and I have both and I'm in a strong 5g network area. Despite all of these my data has been consumed 100% and it says to recharge. Pathetic
