@Ask_Spectrum No need for private details. This would be a general customer service issue. It’s not the first time I’ve gotten that “planned maintenance” notice when my WiFi goes out unexpectedly and I check the app. Why can’t y’all notify us in advance if it is planned?

@Ask_Spectrum eah you can knock that crap off entirely. If I want to leave my TV on 24/7, it doesn't cost you a single cent more. I am the one paying y utility bills, and as much as I pay for my cable and internet, you can damn well let me watch what I want as long as I want

@Ask_Spectrum I mean seriously, the coverage started at 1PM ET on FS1, and was scheduled to go until 6PM ET. I specifically tuned in for this, why the hell would I not want to continue watching. God that is a stupid policy

@Ask_Spectrum So my basic channels included in my 'package', just set w/ retention recently, has had channels blocked. NO NOTICE, no communication from @spectrum ! #typical #badcustomerservice from Spectrum ! @FCC @YouTubeTV

@Ask_Spectrum I can use it. It is not user friendly. To many steps to do simple things. My suggestion to your employer is to simplify the operation

@GetSpectrum my husband picked a new dvr and remote about a week ago. It is clunky and way to many steps for a simple task. Makes me think more about streaming.
