So overall, I'm glad I don't have to deal with @GetSpectrum anymore and their bullcrap. Now, I just have to fucking figure out how to budget for this because Spectrum only wants money and not customer satisfaction.

Second, @Ask_Spectrum is probably the silliest way to do tech support when you talk about issues. I've had weeks of problematic service that I could literally pin point down for them, tell them when exactly it was happening for them to monitor and still they can't find it.
