@Ask_Spectrum my spectrum DVR box will not display picture or sound. I changed out the HD cord, tried all the HDMI ports on the tv and the ports work for my other consoles and devices. I also cannot open the Spectrum app on my Samsung tv. What is going on?

@Ask_Spectrum Unfortunately it is just the nature of this area. Has been for years, which is why I switched to FIOS years ago. But my apt complex got a new deal that only works if they force us ALL to buy it. It is a great deal ($40) but it had always been unstable & we arent able to opt out.
