please anyone reading this, i really need help. our spectrum cable wires were knocked out by wind 2 days ago and they are blocking the entrance to our apartment. disabled and elderly are trapped and we cannot leave. spectrum refuses to help us. no service for days @Ask_Spectrum

@Ask_Spectrum You on demand sucks! Can not rewind or fast forward. God forbid someone falls asleep to a show and want to watch where they left off. This is cable tv is endangered species to streaming tv. Not allowing stuff like this.
Do you all know that @GetSpectrum has discontinued there cable boxes,now they want you to download a certain app,an if your smart TV can't download @GetSpectrum app they want you to buy the newest tv

@Ask_Spectrum ive been on the phone with tech support on spectrums end for over a month they even sent techs out to my residence to verify the problem. the problem is with @ballysports @BallySportsSO not sending them the proper feed, and from the looks of it not any cable system in the south.
