@Ask_Spectrum You had a service outage in Honolulu on Kuilei Street 2 days ago. Service to our condo/unit hasn't been restored. I'm someone who has been with Spectrum for 30 years and I was even the voice of the local commercial. I'm about ready to give up and go @HawaiianTel

@Ask_Spectrum HECO’s outage reporting system is also down which is a double whammy. But my question still stands, why does Spectrum not put batteries at the nodes?
