@Ask_Spectrum No it's pointless it's a landlord thing where he has to call for service It's not allowing a sign in connection. I want my own service. I'm buying straight talk. You might report to the higher up and say you got customer that want Comcast Now for 100mbps at $50.00

@GetSpectrum This is the 2nd month in a row I’ve lost a full day of internet service following “scheduled maintenance.” Quite literally the worst internet service I have ever had the displeasure of having. I work from home and am paying extremely high prices for poor service.

@ItsCoachChesney @Ask_Spectrum This is why I quickly cancelled their service and switch to MetroNet and haven’t had a single outage that wasn’t due to bad storms. Not sure if they are an option by you but they have great rates and high speeds if they are.

@ItsCoachChesney @ATT @Ask_Spectrum I had the same issue with Windstream and I ended up going with this internet service provider that used cell phone towers with either AT&t or Verizon depending on where you are

Internet went out AGAIN. 1-2 hour restoration. Thanks a bunch @GetSpectrum ! Cool that your monthly price went up again and we're still only getting 40 mbps upload. I wish we had more options for fast internet up here. Spectrum is a joke.Related Services
