@atpracs@MJM245Clipss@cogeco@Bell_Support It's people cutting lines for the copper inside of them. But there is no copper in fibre optics. Those people can't tell the difference though, so they try to cut pieces out to try to sell the copper.

@Bell_Support I got help already, basically all that's left is fixing the broken plug inside the Bell box. (What I call a Bell Box is that big box located at the basement of a building where Bell can either plug in new customers or unplug those who doesn't pay their bills.)
@Bell_Support It's a big frustration because, as a streamer, the Internet is pretty much your wife/husband. If you're separated from it for too long, you start going nuts.
@Bell_Support So on your side, everything was fine because the signal did transmit to my unit plug, but the plug couldn't transmit the signal to the Fibe box inside my unit.
