@Bell_Support hi there. I switched to Bell and had my Bell modem delivered. I planned to activate it (self install) tomorrow. But, my current internet got extended and still works. I don’t want to pay for both, so can I delay the activation of my internet?
@Bell_Support The issue is you never alerted us. We had to login using our device data to find out what the problem is. So, I don’t think you need me to fix notifying consumers.
