@Bell_Support been on the phone off and on for days trying to get my new account billing sorted out. Have 3 scheduled call backs from a case mgr that have never transpired. Not impressed with my first month with Bell. Sad state of affairs. Once a great co. Now a disaster.

Thank you @Bell_Support . Called EPP line and Amanda EQ11067 was #fantastic to deal with. She listened well and help me resolve my concern. She even got me to buy a phone and sign a 24 month plan lol #GiveHerARaise #CustomerService #creative #Thinker
