@Bell_Support hi there. I switched to Bell and had my Bell modem delivered. I planned to activate it (self install) tomorrow. But, my current internet got extended and still works. I don’t want to pay for both, so can I delay the activation of my internet?
@Bell_Support when the heck are you guys gonna reconnect my internet you disconnected by mistake. 4 days in a row , 15 + hours of frustration. Promises to follow up and fix and NOTHING. DO I HAVE TO ORDER NEW INTERNET LIKE A MORON?

@Bell_Support Fiber internet outage in Hamilton/Ancaster. Called Technical Bell Services was on hold for an hour. Got through to agent said they are getting thousands of calls on internet outage. and there is no ETA on restoration of service. What is going on?
@Bell_Support new customer, tech came April 24 for internet but couldn't install, case manager hasn't called, I've called @Bell numerous times and no one can help me, TBH kinda turning me off coming to you for service! No help or management no communication
@Bell_Support Any updates? NWtel internet now restored. We don't normally lose local cell calling in Whitehorse. Why are we not even seeing cell towers during this outage?
