@Bell_Support Hope you sue whoever cut through the cable in Oshawa…. It’s been three days and I don’t even have a home phone working… my cell barely works. This is a safety risk.
@Bell_Support@Mozag Why do you keep asking people to DM you about this? All we're asking is an update and/or timeline on an issue affect ALL Oshawa Bell customers. It has nothing to do with individual accounts.
@jimmynui2@Bell_Support Maybe for Toronto but in oshawa it's due to some one augering a hole through 19 conduits holding 100 or more fibe cables in each some one posted the pic but it looks like they took it down it's on reddit and an oshawa Facebook group,
I have spoken to the technicians at the impacted site (Simcoe/401) they mentioned that they don’t expect service to be up until Thursday. @Bell@Bell_Support has been atrocious with their updates, we have to take it upon ourselves to get our own #OshawaOutage
@Bell_Support Lol I doubt it's a cable cut more like hacked. Nevermind our info you know what part of Oshawa is down. So give us a damn update this is so frustrating, iam losing money on YouTube by not able to upload videos u just cost me 10k
@Bell_Support I guess this is to be expected when you get 40M from the Federal Government and in return you cut 1400 employees from your payroll then add $5.00 a month to your internet charges while harassing people if they dare get a few weeks behind in paying for bad service. @CityNews
