@Bell_Support I was on phone for over 30 minutes today talking to an agent to add Roaming service for US. I was asking to have service effective immediately however the agent added the plan starting June 27!!!! I told agent 5 times that I am going to US tomorrow

@Bell_Support agent intentionally added the plan to next month as I believe this is Bell new way to make extra cash!!! Well done and bye bye Bell! At least have some decency and stop your agent from these scams

@Bell_Support Your in-store reps have shut me down since January 2023. I've changed my Sim card 3 times. They told me to repair it for $480. They told me to upgrade it for a $350 buyout of my contract. I've reached out to a sales manager but no reply. 14 yrs I was with Rogers. Take me back
