@British_Airways Been on the phone with BA to find the luggage they lost, for 4 days. They acknowledge their mistake but beyond that all they do for me is misdirect the call or 'accidentally' disconnect me to avoid helping. No one wants to help British has no customer service.

BA used to be the biggest operator of the B747 in the world. All currently flying widebody twins are quieter than the 747-400.

@British_Airways Have a business ticket from VCE to LHR today. Have been unable to check in online or get a seat. When I called was told to get to the airport 3 hrs before my flight. When I asked for the check in deadline she said she didn’t have that info. You are the worst.

Normally I have no issues travelling with @British_Airways … however… a week without luggage? Absolutely no communication from BA? Seriously?? Poor service BA, poor. Very disappointed.

@British_Airways I’m dairy intolerant and when flying home from Cyprus yesterday, the free snacks that were given out all contained milk. Is it really that hard to provide snacks that cater for everyone ☹️ happens all the time. It’s 2024 now surely this can be done
