@steve_paraprac @dan_wilkes @linuskarp @British_Airways I agree. And the problem would be how to apply different T&C's to those different purchase types. I would advocate for fairer charges, but the problem is the larger shareholders who demand greater profits.

@dan_wilkes @linuskarp @British_Airways I think airlines should correct genuine errors free of charge. Whilst Linus' error is likely to be genuine it's difficult to verify. You have to draw the line somewhere, and I agree, current policies feel overly restrictive.
