@British_Airways today you have cancelled our flight,we had to rebook. At airport it wasn’t booked (although we have confirmation).Rebooked us-no extra leg room which we paid for.Then to top the day off you have lost our bags. Plus you have no record of us boarding the flight!

@British_Airways i flew in world traveller plus yesterday from Heathrow to denver absolute shit show, by the time the food got to the world traveller plus cabin we had no option for food, and one meal on a 9 hour flight was pretty poor a measly microwavable curry

@British_Airways a total shit show travelling with 2 year old and a 5 month old. Paid for extra leg room and a bassinet seat and we just get normal seats with oh we changed aircraft. Pleas explain and let me know where my refund will be sent
