We have no impact on their economy ssebo.. Best is to find a better way to resolve the matter rather than thinking that u can as well issue threats

@British_Airways Yeah, I know that….but you downgraded me. Surely the system should have a contingency for this built in. Apparently not, BA would prefer to provide awful customer service. So it’s ok to lose ALL of the benefits I paid for??

@Mike_Fabricant @British_Airways Why are you even commenting on this? Will lives in London and your constituency is in Staffordshire? There are dozens of things you could be promoting for your constituents' benefit. If you can't do the work of an MP any more the simply stand down.

@British_Airways I have had to change my booking and the new ticket still hasn’t been issued and your call centre system just cuts you off…stuck down route and this is stressful can you help?!

@British_Airways I have two bags. One backpack for my laptop. And one hand luggage. Am I 100% allowed BOTH on the plane at no extra issue or cost.
