Mum received customer refund cheque from @Optus for my Dad’s mobile phone account. She can’t cash it or put it in her bank as it only has Dad’s name on it. Optus can’t transfer the credit to her as she has a new Optus account with just her name on it. A lot of hassle for a 75 yo
