@1000monkeystv @optus_help @Optus I read something earlier in year that Optus are withdrawing technical support for the email service as it looks to terminate it in the short to longer term. Perhaps this is what we are now seeing.

@MTimmycon65988 @optus_help @Optus The last dispute resolution person I spoke to said that was news to her, which surprised me. But no matter what Optus’s plan is, we at least need access to our accounts to be able to shift our entire lives away from the maybe disappearing email address.
