Whoever needs to hear this, never get @FrontierCorp internet. Trash service and worse customer service. Just a trash company, hope they go bankrupt.

@FrontierCorp I put in a ticket for an upgrade to my service and a tech was supposed to come and install 4-24 but never showed up. Jumped through all the support hoops and still nothing. Can’t even access the ticket on the site as that’s down. Horrible.

@FrontierCorp Worst internet company. Beware!! They will continue to charge your account after service has been disconnected. 5 months in my case
