@FrontierCorp @FrontierCorp I'm not going to spend 2 hours on the phone with you crazies to beg you to do what's right. Long time customers shouldn't have to to do that. You should recognize this issue and take preemptive action, constantly checking to see how you're treating your customers.

@FrontierCorp @GoneAndObsolete I live in Denton, Tx. I got rid of Frontier years ago, but everybody in town is complaining on social media and NextDoor about an outage that has been going on for HOURS. This account must be run by a bot.

@FrontierCorp It's back now, seems to have coincided with getting booted out. Guessing so your company could reopen it's lines and not have service levels impacted. But go ahead and tell me why it was down in multiple neighborhoods in town during the same time period.
