@FCC , the internet connection provided by @CoxComm is truly unacceptable, after countless complaints no action has been taken and their customer service refuses to admit the issue is on their end, despite proof. Jobs are on the line because of this.

If there was any viable alternative internet provider to @CoxComm I would switch in a heartbeat. I was told my internet outage should be resolved by 10AM and it still isn't at 6PM. Could not have happened on a more important day for me either lol this sucks so much

@CoxComm y’all need to figure this internet stuff out. There is no way that the last three (3) times I have moved, I have needed a technician to come out because your modem or external infrastructure is faulty. I will be leaving y’all ASAP. Horrible company and overpriced.
