NEVER get internet AND cable TV from @Coxcomm. The company’s service simply isn’t reliable enough to trust with both services. The nicest thing that can be said about @Coxcomm is: CenturyLink is even worse.

Your internet is so fucking worthless @CoxComm that it still isn't back up an hour later. No it isn't shit on my end, the router and wires even to the power cable have been checked. If you didn't have a monopoly, no one would use your worthless shit.

@CoxComm you charged my mom who had no internet just basic cable 200 dollars for a repair guys that we already pay extra for every month to set up a new remote. She's 76!
