Having spent the last week in Phoenix in my recently deceased stepfather’s house, I can say without reservation that @CoxComm has the worst internet service I’ve ever used. Constant outages and slow service.

@CoxComm service down SW Phoenix 4 times in as many days. You charge a fortune for a less than reliable product and offer customers no refund when you fail to produce. Who do you use for cable/internet? Would you continue with their service if it performed as poorly as yours?

So @coxcomm internet & TV has been out in my area from 6–8 hours a day every day since new years, & now continuously out for the last 24 hours. Spoken to cust svc reps (nice, but no tech help) who say they are working to fix the outage in my neighborhood. But still no results.Related Services
