I miss being able to get support for things via real person. Like, I don't even care if they were overseas - unless there was an insane language barrier, at least it felt like someone was hearing me out. AI support sucks ass and feels so useless. Talking to you, @CoxComm.

@_DougAnderson @CoxComm Did you see CVS isn’t letting people answer the phone anymore? It’s AI or the app Sometimes my scripts are on hold for no reason and I can’t get them released without calling. Guess I need to make special trips now.
