@gigastacey Why do most "interactive" chatbots on tech support web pages work so poorly? They are more frustrating than helpful. I'm trying to get @CoxComm's Oliver to connect me with a human ("Live Agent"). Painful.

@gigastacey @CoxComm And once you get connected to a human support agent, they're working so many concurrent customers that their latency is painfully slow too. It's like a LINUX server where the process table is so full and the processes so busy that nothing happens quickly...

Funny, @CenturyLink responded to my initial post right away asking me to DM. Gave them all the info they asked for and now I appear to have been ghosted by them. This is playing out like a @CoxComm or @TMobile commercial.

@CenturyLink misses an 11 hour appointment window then says they'll be out 17 days later. Not hard to see why @CoxComm is eating their lunch in Las Vegas #Centurylink #CoxComm #LasVegas

@CoxComm yall are truly awful!! You raise your prices, and lower your services and then lie!! You have only once in 15 yrs emailed about an outage, only once, but claim you do. Well today is an example of not notifying your customers, again, of another outage.
