@MetroPCS Is taking orders for the Samsung S23se , showing the discount then charging some full price... others ( like me) are charged the discount but the orders are cancelled hours later. The claim they are out of stock and it is a glitch...but the deal remains on the website

@MetroPCS so I've been a customer since 2016. Go to upgrade my phone at a retail location. Pay full price for everything. Store rep offers me nothing unless I ask and then writes down and highlights final sale. Call cust support and they offer me nothing as well. Poor cust serv!

I've used @MetroPCS for over a decade but I went to switch my SIM card into a new phone. I couldn't remember my high security password - there was no way to help me. My only alternative currently is to...end my customer relationship and get a contract with a different company?
