@MandicReally @Xfinity @Ubiquiti Depending on if they have done certain upgrades in your area, it may make sense to use their modem and just put it in bridge mode. I can get 40mb up with my cable modem and 400mb up with theirs. ¯\_(ツ)_/¯

@Xfinity To be fair, @Xfinity did offer to install cable to my home in rural New Jersey some years ago. The price quote for installation was $28,000. My home is only feet from the area's only public road with utility poles.
