Anyone successfully taken legal action against @ThreeUK as I've got to that point! @ThreeUKSupport if someone doesn't put me through to a person who can understand me and that no I do not have the security details you require for a cancelled contract you keep billing me for now…

@ThreeUKSupport Hi Maxine, thanks for your speedy reply. I am a bit miffed as you usually send me texts on what I can and can’t use but I didn’t get anything to after the fact on this one. I thought I was just connecting to the Dutch network which would have been £2 a day !

@ThreeUKSupport Thanks, Michael. It didn't need to be this difficult or complicated. A refund relating to the repeated add ons would've been the right thing to do - the data wasn't even used as it was a one off purchase. What sort of complaint process can go from open to closed in 4 minutes?

. @ThreeUKSupport Customer service has seriously deteriorated. Multiple charges for a one-off add-on, huge bills for unused data, call handler acknowledges the issue but refuses a refund. Complaint lodged yet closed within 4 minutes of the end of my call. Now going to Ombudsman.
