@ThreeUKSupport Also to add insult to injury the 4G/LTE is worse inside of her flat than 3G. So you've downgraded her experience permanently and she's paying for another service she can't use.

@ThreeUKSupport My disabled neighbour was without mobile and mobile broadband until I helped because you turned off the 3G network in Nottingham without advising her about it. Luckily, I was more aware. However, she's stuck with a 3G mobile broadband hub, how is that remedied?

@ThreeUKSupport I’ve just set up a brand new SIM, downloaded WhatsApp & the account is blocked due to the number sending spam & is under review? Can you do anything about this?

@ThreeUKSupport any particular reason I can't use my data in Soho? It's an ongoing trend that your network consistently fails at everything... UK's biggest network that doesn't work.

@ThreeUKSupport We’ve had almost zero network coverage (4/5g and home broadband) all day (DE75). Please, can you elaborate on the status page that’s said there are network issues all day?
