@ThreeUKSupport can u pls sort out your WiFi we haven’t had a connection for 3 days now G73 area. Its been working great otherwise but not been able to use network for 3 days

@ThreeUKSupport Well it's fine today, though it's not an isolated incident. It's not my tech that's the culprit, both my phone and my internet connection via my laptop were affected.

@ThreeUK @ThreeUKSupport hi I was hoping to switch to 3 broadband but will be moving in around 6 months or so and wondered if you could tell me if I can move the line with me to avoid cancellation fees? The only contracts seem to be around 24 months

@ThreeUKsupport Hi, My coverage has been terrible all week and even worse today. I’m In ML1 1QY. I checked the coverage on your site and it’s been saying coverage is good all week but can barley get a signal and today even worse. Any help appreciated, Cheers

@ThreeUKSupport I tried that - the phone numbers you can call *all* ask for the phone number of the account and don't have a fallthrough, as far as I can tell, ditto the chat bot.Related Services
