@ThreeUKSupport Getting 1.2Mbps download in Rotherham on 5G broadband. Normally its 700Mbps. Might want to get someone to look into it.

@ThreeUKSupport Yes I did. But they weren’t any help. They kept suggesting it was a phone issue. Both phones here on three were down. Both phones work fine a mile away. The whole village is affected all over Facebook

@ThreeUKSupport Home broadband box delivered an hour ago.....does not connect to internet. Unable to speak to someone without a phone number, which it doesnt have. Spoke to sales team, system down, can't transfer call. Where is the customer service? Do you even want customers?

@ThreeUKSupport our service has now been down for two days at our home address. Tried to report the problem to your chatline but they kept suggesting it was a phone problem. Both phones work away from our area so there is definitely a network problem in this location
