@ThreeUKSupport @CitizensAdvice Three keeps taking money from my bank account when I send back the ipad 1.5 ago it was confirmed they received it and they refused to refund the money they took for 2 years contract. Excuse they can't find track now! I d like to take legal action

@ThreeUKSupport what a load of bollox your customer service team are I have been over charged an upfront cost and they won't refund it told me to email proof which I have conveniently they haven't received it I want my money back now how can I send proof of my bank statement.

@ThreeUKSupport Hi Maxine, thanks for your speedy reply. I am a bit miffed as you usually send me texts on what I can and can’t use but I didn’t get anything to after the fact on this one. I thought I was just connecting to the Dutch network which would have been £2 a day !

.@ThreeUKSupport your CS is shocking. Re-register iPad # - u need new email - no, call us - need to send u text - can't send to email as its new - data only sim so no texts! Round in circles and no solution so can't access my account. 45 mins trying to fix and nothing!

@ThreeUKSupport Thanks I’ll try again but it’s not easy as I’m not a customer and it wants account numbers! I’ve reported it once so I’ll just return the letter saying not this address rather than spending hours on the phone again Can you not investigate if I send the details of the letter ?

@ThreeUKSupport Just joined three and used a PAC code to transfer my number over today. Received confirmation from my old provider that my acc was closed, checked three and transferred number showing on account. I can make calls and send texts but cannot receive any .

@ThreeUKSupport why do you send me text messages every day telling me I've used 90% of my add-on and need to buy a new one when that isn't true? Is lying to customers and harassing them company policy?

@Ian_Gomersall @ThreeUK @ThreeUKSupport They used to send us texts to communicate major info The village had no signal for over 8 miles. As we worked from home we missed loads of important stuff. Especially when teenagers were on school hols. Refused us email and postal updates
