@WarriorWheeled @ThreeUKSupport I closed my phone account because I couldn’t make a phone call in central london and I had to provide a bizarre amount of info to upgrade. As I work in Parliament, I’m known as a politically exposed person. So I get have to prove who I am but this was daft

I have never been scammed and gaslighted like with @ThreeUKSupport. For the last year they have been charging me £300+ pound extra, which turned out was due to lies I was told when I bought a new phone 3 years ago. My fault for not studying the contract in detail.

@benhopkins82 @ThreeUKSupport I'm in stocksbridge and had no signal on my phone for days. Is that what customer service are saying there is no fix date? What the hell. Luckily my phone connects to Wi-Fi when at home and still can make and receive calls. But if I go out iv got nothing.

@ThreeUKSupport Done. It’s 2024 and I have worse signal than I had in 1997 … half the time my phone is on ‘E’, I don’t even have 3G.

@ThreeUKSupport Zero to abysmal signal all day with several messages to say provider has turned off mobile data. Are we having some more issues today Three ?

@ThreeUK we are still suffering poor mobile signal strength in our area and it is proving to be impossible to navigate your chatbot. Low signal strength draining our batteries very poor service from @ThreeUKSupportRelated Services
