@AmazonHelp If they had sent an email saying the van had broken down, or due to sickness or something, I could deal with that. But to lie and say they have tried to deliver and no one was in, well what a professional outfit they are. @RoyalMailHelp you're very quiet

@educationdj @RoyalMailHelp Couldn't agree more, @RoyalMail deliberately make the complaints procedure so difficult bc they wouldn't be able to handle the sheer volume of complaints. Actually a dangerous company to deal with

@RoyalMailHelp support a broken system. And when you agree to give feedback at the end of a call to complain, they only robo-quiz you about the poor person who has to deal with complaints, not the system itself.

@ian_wac @RoyalMailHelp The Royal Mail will deal with tickets if received, However the enforcement of parking regulations is a local authority matter, most of which issue local exemptions to the Royal Mail due to the specific nature of their business.Related Services
