Just had the worst customer experience at @JohnLewisRetail. Asked for help regarding baby cot, clearly the customer assistant wasn’t interested and didn’t want to be there as what she kept saying was just “Anything else?!” . Put me off completely from shopping there! Avoid!

@JohnLewisRetail @johnlewishelp They claim an error was made ins sending me vouchers for a faulty product, these vouchers were used, the goods have been received and THREE months later they contact me advising one of the vouchers was sent to me in error and they need to bill me for £75!

@JohnLewisRetail I’m so frustrated by your call centre. I’ve been trying to arrange a replacement delivery and installation of fridge freezer for days on end. Each call has lasted over 45 minutes and there is still no resolution. I’ve given up now, just want a refund. Useless.

@rowinggeek @JohnLewisRetail Go woke,go broke. John Lewis no longer my go to shopping destination either. Used to have the best customer service too. Phoning them with a query/complaint was always a very positive experience up till a few years ago. Sad.
