@RoyalMailHelp I received a card to say a card didn’t have enough postage to be delivered. I paid this online and it said the delivery date would be yesterday however I have had post yesterday and today and the card has still not been delivered. Need help with this asap please.

@foxy219 @Amanda28_84 @RoyalMail @RoyalMailHelp Another option could be dispute process if you bought through a platform/marketplace like e ay/etsy/etc. Showing the tracking/proof of delivery in the type of cases would normally have the dispute settle for the buyer. You have a contract with the seller, their issue with RM
