I hate @BootsUK so much! The stuff you need is always missing from the stores, and yet they charge you for Click & Collect to get it delivered. How is this my fault that the nearest place where they stock the fucking shampoo that I need is in Bluewater?

@BootsUK I tried to pace an order online last night. There was apparently a problem with the payment and the order was not processed. The items are still in my basket but you have taken payment. How I am supposed to get this money back?
