@waitrose Apalling customer service, and a total waste of my time. Both service at the shop and on the phone said they won't do anything even though it is obvious Waitrose payment system was faulty. Any solution?

@waitrose One of your self-checkouts froze while paying. Staff ensured this won't be double charged but both payments went through. Just coming back from the shop, staff says they can't see the double payment in their system so wont refund even though I showed my bank statements.

@waitrose Thankyou Digswell is mainly 20mph and 30mph roads. Station Rd is a 20mph zone and experiencing dreadful issues with speeding drivers.

@mikeandcate @waitrose I had/have similar issues. Was 6 weeks without vouchers, then 2 weeks with vouchers (Hooray! I thought) - then this week back to no vouchers. I’m seriously pissed off (pardon my language)
