@RoyalMailHelp Thanks for the response. There was nothing preventing access. Van breakdown? Ok, but that's not "address inaccessible". Maybe have another scan option which says "our issue - apologies". That's far less annoying than what was put, which implied something that was simply not true.

Unacceptable behaviour by @RoyalMailHelp marking deliveries as failed as addresses were inaccessible, when in fact they didn’t even try delivering as they have too many vans broken down. Shifting blame to customers and making it impossible for us to get refunds from sellers

@RoyalMailHelp Same story, different day. Yet again let down by the delivery. Said it would be today, and apparently it’s still in Glasgow, it did get to Swindon first, why bother offering a service for delivery when you can’t hit any of the targets. May as well call you Evri

@RoyalMailHelp I am looking for help regarding parcel that is travelling up and down the country. I can’t find a way to speak to RM unless I can hold for 60 min + I cannot find a number for the delivery office where my parcel keeps being re-routed from. Why is this RM help if nobody can help?
