On Wednesday I go there at about 5pm, half an hour before they’re due to close. However, they don’t have my package, don’t know where it is, and refuse to make any enquiries to try and find out where it is. (By this point I am complaining regularly to @RoyalMailHelp.)

@ChiltenLouis @RoyalMail @RoyalMailHelp It's theft by @RoyalMail Staff! Their insurance is worthless! @financialombuds should be informed, as they refuse to even refund my paid postage, which is against our #ConsumerRights, upheld by LAW!

@RoyalMailHelp I've been sending these for the past 18 months and you've definitely changed these dimensions to be smaller for small letters cuz I never used to have this issue. Again, you're just changing shit to make people pay more.
