@RoyalMailHelp been trying to renew my redirection for my mail for 3 days now and the online service is down; it’s due to run out on the 4th, can’t speak to a human on the phone because your line keeps ending the call? When will the website be up and running please so I can renew

@RoyalMailHelp how bad is it when told sorry your postman is sick so you have to collect the post from the sorting office yourself. Not had any post for 2 weeks . Council tax bill not received yet as probably still sat waiting to be delivered. So if not paid will you pay any fine

@RoyalMailHelp sat on your phone line for 30 mins, trying to get a parcel delivery 4 times this week, keep saying inaccessible address? Postman has been today. Poor service, no way of contacting you. Put a complaint online, no response.

@RoyalMailHelp Ive just received a message to say my package couldn't be delivered because no one was in. I've been sat in my flat all day. Nobody rang the intercom. I need that delivery today! How do I contact them? I can't face the same issue tomorrow when they attempt again

Genuinely never had more issues with a company than @lookfantastic . Don’t advertise next day delivery when every time I have paid for this I have not received it. @RoyalMailHelp also a nightmare to communicate with after you’ve lost yet another parcel.

@RoyalMailHelp Honestly. I've called, emailed, residents in my area went to the media last summer due to the lack of responses.. nobody over there gives a toss. So what's the point in going down these channels? Unless you have a route to the top then I'm not wasting my time.

@RoyalMailHelp Beware this scam company will accept your parcel for sending that you have already paid for and within spec for charges paid but to be told there is a further £3.50 surcharge as enough wasn't paid, Avoid like the plague, I will never use them again.
