@makemytrip @makemytripcare I had terrible experience with bus. 1. It was stopped at pathetic hotels. 2. Bus was delayed by 2 hours 3. On the stoppage conductor was literally touching and waking us up to visit the hotel

I am traveling in a bus booked from @makemytrip @makemytripcare It's a AC bus (DA transport) but the operator turned off the AC. The bus is fully covered and no air holes. It's very hot and people have difficulty in breathing. Tried to call customer care but they are cutting.
