American Airlines is in the process of merging with US Airways. This merger is expected to close in the third quarter of 2013.

@AmericanAir Seriously AA. Flying internationally, booked a direct flight from. Cancun to Charlotte. Flying was delayed 4 hrs and diverted to Miami. We lost our flight and we are now stranded in this airport. Everything is closed and not a single AA employee. Fix the issue now.

@AmericanAir just took a flight where I felt extremely uncomfortable and unsafe. Half full plane of illegals immigrants who were coughing and sick and also their hygiene was less than stellar. Very disappointing for an airline I used to love.
