@AlaskaAir sitting with an entire planeload of people with no bags 45 minutes after touchdown. No one is manning the baggage office and the general line to contact and the local office is not answering. This is the worst service I've had with zero way to resolve

I made a reservation for my dog to fly on @AlaskaAir cargo from Honolulu to Seattle. To my amazement, they would not provide any type of written confirmation. I was told the email system is not working. Can this really be so @AlaskaAir ?

@AlaskaAir. Hey, if you're having mechanical problems, inform your passengers. The gate folks in Tampa are treating us like mushrooms (psst, this is a terrible brand position). Endlessly postponing with a smile is not a good look.
