@AlaskaAir absolutely #DisabilityTwitter fyi. ALSO every airplane in KEF needed stairs to get on or off, and even though i got on with a rollator i had to take the stairs down. to get on my next flight they had a lift but i had to descend approx 20 wet metal stairs that were not shallow

@AlaskaAir lmfao and NOW the fucking @TSA staff is using the nursing room for a break room despite the signs to NOT, with TWO sleeping kids in here, coming in just shouting top of their lungs at midnight. one is a literal infant nursing behind a curtain. one is my enormously long 5 year old

@AlaskaAir i had a 2 hr layover in the US and a 18 min trip through customs *with* inspection required i still haven't inspected my MOBILITY DEVICE for damage and your "partner" repeatedly took away my fucking mobility. with a dog and a child. all of this is incredibly bad from BOTH

@AlaskaAir At 12, I made a bunch of unaccompanied minor trips with you guys between my dad's in Denver and my mom's in Seattle on 737 classics and NG's. As a 24 year old adult, I'd fly them again. But the all boeing fleet thing scares me with the issues on the MAX. Should've kept VA's a320s

@msuster @davemorin @AlaskaAir @BoeingAirplanes @flySFO This. It’s fairly “common” that landings get aborted last minute. We were about to touch down in Denver a few years back and got routed to Colorado Springs. Downburst hit the plane before landing so we attempted a couple more times then went to CS.
