Corporate executives really need payout and salary downgrades, they should be demoted for launching such a horrible program in the middle of revolving PR nightmares and the fact that they don’t have great coverage. If we didn’t move to SEA @AlaskaAir wouldn’t have mattered anyway

@AlaskaAir flight 365 DFW to SEA today what a cluster. gate crew in DFW needs training and uniforms, so bad. communicate when a flight is to be delayed, don’t just change a departure 6:15 to 6:30 and then delay. This is why people are switching to delta #fail #alaskaair
