Do you think if you increase the time the plane is delayed in 10 min increments and then not communicate why tf we’re just sitting on the ground that we’re not gonna notice the flight is an hour delayed @AlaskaAir fucking hate this airline

@TheForwardCabin @AlaskaAir But shut down and all of the other issues on Alaska. They were so much better before they tried to grow too big.
@AlaskaAir I would like to change my flight, but your iOS app & mobile site just shows a blank screen when I attempt to access my booking. Are you aware of this issue?

@SouthwestAir Unfortunately @SouthwestAir your record of not time or even close to on time performance is sub par in the last year. If @AlaskaAir would please start nonstop routes from GEG to SMF I would be switching all my business to them

@AlaskaAir You've lost my luggage. Between the local airport office and the baggage service number I'm getting different stories as to where my bag is. The local office won't answer the phone. I have the feeling you are scamming me. My meds are in my suitcase.
