INTERESTING... Now I know which corporations to boycott. I don't patron the vast majority of these corporations however. Note to self: 1) Cancel Cap1 account. @CapitalOne 2) Do not buy Nestle @NestleUSA or Kraft products @KraftHeinzCo (I will buy a higher quality ketchup).

@CapitalOne charging people late fees just because you haven’t received payment by a certain time of the due date is complete garbage!!! If I pay it the day of I shouldn’t be charged late fees no matter what time it is!!!

@CapitalOne Can you have someone in your complaints department reach out to me? You have charged me more than 100% interest on my January CapOne MasterCard statemetnt and no one was able to assist me over the phone in correcting that problem.

@CapitalOne Wow, my husband spent four hours on the phone trying to get a problem with his car loan resolved, only to be told that it would take 7-10 business days to fix, AND they charged him a late fee to make the payment. What’s in your wallet? A waste of time, apparently

I had fraud charges on my account so @CapitalOne said they’d send me a new card, it never came, so they sent another one…this one wasn’t activated…and now I have to wait until Monday to get another card, that may or may not work

@HalifaxBank put my credit rating down, apparently @AmazonHelp took money from a card that's not even in my account! @CapitalOne say this happens a lot with Amazon and it's fraud! Whoever is responsible, you better compensate me!!!

Time to close down my @CapitalOne credit card & checking. Never late for about 12 years with $5,000 credit limit getting declined several years in a row for increases and getting charged over 30% APR with 750+ credit score. All other cards I carry have over $10k limit, 1 w/$20k
